Main purpose of the position:

As our new regional Finance Director, you will play a central and integral role in supporting the Northern Europe regional team as well as the countries in achieving ambitious financial results, improving their brilliant operating basics and achieving underlying run rate improvements across the region.

You will report to the Regional CFO and be given a large responsibility for supporting and working on key priorities that move the needle within the financial agenda.

What you’ll do:
Being a part of the Northern Europe regional team with direct reporting line to the regional CFO.

• Driving financial performance, transparency, predictability and forecast accuracy across the region
• Providing analytical, finance and business support, supporting the actual reporting, budget, and forecasting processes and associated governance process incl. business reviews
• Prepare and participate in the preparation of various presentations to top management
• Being a key contributor of driving performance improvements and turnarounds where needed
• Contributing to and leading finance and business improvement projects
• Support the implementation of the Finance Transformation as part of the OneISS vision and strategy, including the brilliant operating basics
• Promote and support having a strong “team mindset” across the regional Finance community

Key qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of driving tangible results and business outcomes working with and for senior leaders,
• Extensive experience working within the field of financial business partnering, financial analysis, business improvement or similar with demonstrated tangible results
• Strong accounting skills and strong understanding of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow, including underlying drivers
• Experience in complex financial reporting preferably coupled with strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Experience in independently driving business improvement or transformation projects
• Experience working in a global matrix organization with many senior stakeholders
• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Fluent in English

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive decision making
