Who we’re looking for
Do you have a profound insight into project management? Do you master a balance between operational leadership and project development and execution? Then you might be our new Operational Site Manager to our new Power-to-X R&D facilities in Hørsholm.

We are expanding our R&D facilities in Power-to-X to support our growth and development ambitions. Our new site is located a 10-minute drive from our headquarters and will co-exist with our existing facilities. Our new site will over the next years undergo construction work and modification as we are taking over existing buildings and projecting new potential facilities to accommodate increasing activity as well as consolidating ongoing activities from multiple other laboratories at our headquarters. The first laboratories are well under way and expected to go into operation in the very beginning of 2025.

We need a site operational manager to bring our new facilities safely and effectively into operation. This includes:

• Overseeing the daily operation of the different labs and making sure they are all running according to Topsoe safety and quality standards.
• Establishing service level agreements with both internal and external support functions
• Actively contributing to the ongoing expansion projects on the site
• Establishing a broad interface to all our internal operational support functions and be able to influence tomorrow’s standard for how we operate our sites.

What you’ll bring
Branching out to new locations requires us to be diligent about culture and discipline. Your most important task is therefore to lead the change management processes to ensure a smooth transition for both existing and coming activities at our new satellite site.

• You naturally prioritize safety and have experience in practicing working permit, lock-out tag-out and failure mode analyzes
• You have experience in setting up service level agreements with functions like facility management services, engineering and maintenance, logistics partners.

We are around 30 colleagues operating our Power-to-X laboratories, developing cross functional processes and portfolio management of our equipment investments and long-term site development. We provide operation services to all our 140 colleagues in Topsoe Power-to-X Technology.
