About the role
We are seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our beautiful office in Copenhagen. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and support of the partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings for the partner, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach
  • Overseeing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and other related tasks
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of the Copenhagen office in an innovative and sustainable way
  • First point of contact for suppliers, service providers, and other external stakeholders
  • Being a key member of the broader Admin team at Verdane, overseeing projects and tasks within that scope
  • First point of contact for invoice handling, insurance, benefits etc.
  • Event coordination (Internal and External)
  • Ad hoc team and office related administrative responsibilities

Your profile

  • 4+ years of relevant executive assistant experience in an international environment (e.g. from private equity / law firm / hospitality)
  • Relevant experience in office administration / office management, and an eagerness to develop in this field
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • General IT skills to support the office environment
  • Basic knowledge on payroll, accounting, employee benefits, insurances
  • Fluent written and spoken Danish and professional working proficiency of written and spoken English
  • You act with integrity and find it easy to build relationships
  • Proven track record of successfully completing assigned projects
  • Willingness to learn and grow, ask questions and improve processes where opportunities exist
  • “No task too small” approach, hands-on attitude with excellent teamworking skills
