We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team with the main responsibility to drive the product development in our trade finance & guarantees squad in collaboration with stakeholders, customers and the rest of the team. Anchored in Copenhagen, Gothenburg and India, you will join a growing team in the Everyday Banking Corporate organization with more than 150 enthusiastic colleagues based out of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, and India. The position can be based in the Nordics or Lithuania.

As a Business Analyst, your primary role will be to ensure the product development of our solutions in our trade finance & guarantees squad. You take the lead in bringing pragmatic and innovative solutions to life within our portfolio that you set in collaboration with the squad, our stakeholders, the collaborating vendor and our customers.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

You will:

• Design solutions using the TradeWiz platform, and with many future potential solutions beyond, such as self-service solutions using District Marketplace, Premium APIs and more
• Convert business requirements and processes into user stories that can be used to build technical elements
• Identify, flag, and proactively handle potential risks within a task/assignment/project
• Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders and colleagues
• Ensure close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
• Work with short-term goals as part of a long-term vision and strategy

About you:

• You have extensive experience in a Business Analyst role
• You possess strong trade finance knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology to improve customer experience and business processes
• You are motivated, take ownership, and are proactive in delivering innovative customer experiences, keeping up with market trends and translating them into next-generation products
• You are autonomous, able to manage your own tasks in line with our strategy, and you see the bigger picture in product development
• Your collaboration skills excel in a cross-functional, international team, and you’re equipped with advanced English communication skills
• Lastly, you are proactive, taking ownership, and deliver tasks through to completion, backed by a robust methodology toolbox for designing new IT solutions

We offer:
If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 3440 to 5160 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
