About your future role
As a key member of our ITSM Center of Excellence within the Nexi Group, you will be instrumental in our European organization, focusing on incident handling across borders. Your expertise will support our consolidation journey towards a global incident process and the usage of ServiceNow as our ITSM tool.
The role is wide, and you play a key role in engaging in the daily operation alongside with projects, audits, and all the process related tasks.
Your location will be in Denmark, and you will be part of an European organisation which consist of +30 employee´s - where 10 of these are based out of our office in Ballerup.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Serve as the Global Incident Process Owner.
- Engage in daily operations - here within audits (both internal and external).
- Lead projects related to incident management, processes, and communication.
- Train teams on the incident process and ServiceNow.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Over 5 years of experience with a strong focus on process improvement.
- Superuser proficiency in ServiceNow.
- ITIL certification is expected.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experienced in stakeholder management
Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:
- Background as an incident manager will be considered a plus
