YOUR MISSION IS TO MAKE SURE EVERY TAX RELATED PROCESS RUNS SMOOTHLY
As a Tax Manager you are joining our Head of Tax to create an even stronger Tax team. As Energi Danmark is currently in a dynamic process you are going to lead the future Tax team.
In doing so, you are responsible for:
- Review of balances, tax adjustments, interest deduction limits, and tax calculations for Danish and Nordic companies
- Review of tax returns concerning our foreign trading companies in Turkey, Macedonia etc.
- Tax reporting package, CbCR and cooperation with our parent company
- Tax notes, reporting for annual reports
- Review of tax materials along with auditors and the Tax Governance team from Skattestyrelsen
- Sector and local files concerning Transfer Pricing
- Transfer Pricing verification and intercompany trade reconciliation
- Participation in regulatory updates and Pillar II implementation
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant educational background within Finance, (HD) or similar
- Experience within management, coaching etc.
- Your have primarily experience within tax laws, regulations and frameworks
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- You have a structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
