Connecter between functional needs and technology
As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will be an essential part of the company’s Global Supply Chain organisation and belong to the Transformation team, which consists of an amazing group of four (soon five) ambitious, fun and caring people.

Pandora is implementing a new, integrated planning solution and you will play an important role in this transformation journey. You will join at a critical point, as we are heading into the building phase of the new solution – where we will setup a world-class planning solution, while simultaneously upgrading our planning processes and practices. You will work closely with the different Supply Chain teams, ensuring their process and system requirements are addressed, including developments of tools and processes to set our Supply Chain up for future success. To do so you will work in close collaboration with colleagues from the Digital and Tech organisation, as part of a larger agile product team.

You will be the voice of the business, analyzing and mapping the development needs and translating requirements with the product manager, delivery manager and the rest of the product team. You will play a critical role in proposing solutions and weighing pros and cons of different resolutions. You will be covering requirements towards both our new planning solution, as well as specific and separate reporting needs – which will be catered for through our Digital & Analytics organization.

While the future planning solution will cover the entire end-to-end planning of Pandora, your focus will be on bridging and supporting the Jewelry Supply Planning, the Sales & Operations Planning including tactical and long-term planning, as well as the Point of Sales Materials Supply Planning team. Nevertheless, your role requires cross-functional collaboration with various planning teams from Global Supply Chain, Master Planning at our the production sites in Thailand, as well as the Global Merchandising organisation, giving you vast exposure within Pandora. Hence you need to have a flair for strong stakeholder management, be driven and bold – making sure all parties are on the same page. You should be at ease with taking the lead, guiding and providing direction. You will have a chance to challenge and improve the current planning processes, leaving a long-lasting positive mark on Pandora.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Act as a business analyst in the Transformation team and the larger agile product team
  • Responsible for driving reporting needs and future landscape with Digital & Analytics
  • Drive and prepare key forums – being the facilitator of cross-functional meetings
  • Identify user pain points, analyze and map problems and development opportunities
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Communicate and facilitate change in the user community
  • Challenge current ways of working and help design future processes
  • Oversee and support on testing of new solution and reporting developments
  • Act as a super user in our new planning solution
  • Prepare presentations and analyses for decision making
  • Organizer of trainings and onboarding of end-users

Strong collaborator with a hunger for continuous improvement
To succeed in this role we envision that you have more than 2 years of experience within supply planning, merchandising or supply chain development. You thrive working with a multitude of stakeholders to overcome supply chain challenges and you want to take our Integrated Planning to the next level. You are a strong team player with excellent people skills, good at networking and with change management skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to

detail and a strong sense of urgency and responsibility. You are proactive, with lots of drive and don’t hesitate to speak up in large forums.

Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate:

  • Experience with advanced planning systems e.g. Blue Yonder, o9 or other similar applications
  • Experience with project and change management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Scrum competencies within an Agile framework are a plus
