The department – Security Operations Center
As Cyber Security Consultant you will become a part of the Security Operations Center (SOC). The department covers teams with different technical focus areas. The functions and different positions are well structured and defined, and it is expected of everyone to lend a helpful hand, when the others are in need. The assignments can be both routine-based and differ from day to day and we have a high focus on automizing as many of our routine-based processes as possible.

Manager - Georgios Sagos
You will refer to the Support and Operations Manager, Georgios Sagos, who has been working in Dubex for more than 20 years. Georgios has a background as network administrator and is known for his practical, direct, and informal approach to the role as manager.

The position
As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations and support for major customers across various sectors, including finance, transport, and municipalities. Your primary focus will be on CyberArk and ProxySG and Symantec products.

Success in this role requires thriving in the support and operations of security products. Your tasks will range from routine assignments to varied day-to-day support. You will work closely with the some of the best consultants in Denmark within their field to provide the best support experience for our customers.

You will have rich opportunity to test and work with the latest features of the products as well as early availability previews of functionality due to our close collaboration with our vendors. This is a backend position, allowing you to work from the office or home. The role includes paid, one-week-at-a-time on-call duty.

Primary responsibilities

• Automation and scripting.
• Monitor the assigned ITSM product ques for cases from the customers and handle them accordingly.
• Continuous maintenance and software-update of patches including OS patches of security products.
• Planning and testing disaster recovery plan.
• Administration and operation of the security products.
• Reporting to the customers.
• Documentation of solutions.
• Assist with new implementations.

Professional qualifications

• Experience from a position as a system administrator, operations consultant/specialist and/or a similar role
• Flair for or experience with operating several of these areas: Windows integration, VMware, IT security, privileged access management, identity security preferably from CyberArk, Proxy and/or anti-virus, cloud.
• General knowledge within Windows integration / Active Directory
• English is a must; Danish is considered a plus.
