What you would be doing
As our new Business Data Executive, you will be joining the Data & Exposure Control team and be a part of our Business Intelligence team of 17 dedicated colleagues. You will play a key part in supporting our fast-growing business by acting as a crucial link between Chartering, Operations, and other departments. By facilitating seamless collaboration and enabling data-driven decision-making, you will be directly contributing to the success of Ultrabulk.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that data from recaps are correctly integrated into our systems
• Uplifting of voyages, COAs and Head Fixtures
• Controlling of Bunker Hedge in our systems
• Assisting our staff worldwide understanding how the system works and solving data challenges
• Various ad hoc tasks, including daily checking of our results

Furthermore, we are looking for the following qualifications and competencies:

• A relevant educational background and/or experience within the shipping industry, e.g. from a job in chartering or operations
• Structured, detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers
• Excellent team player skills
• Able to work fast and have control over many tasks at the same time
• Excellent in both spoken and written English, our corporate language
• Working knowledge with Qlik or other BI tool is an advantage but not a requirement
• Have a residence and work permit allowing you to work in Denmark
