Delivery Performance Specialist

We’re looking for a colleague to take on this new role in the Outbound EU & Non-EU team at our distribution center in Haderslev, Denmark.

YOUR TEAM
You will join a team of 13 colleagues working with outbound flow to EU as well as non-EU markets.
In the past 18 months, we've successfully implemented a core data infrastructure, establishing the capability to capture and analyze delivery performance data. To further enhance our commitment to customer satisfaction, we're now seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Delivery Performance Specialist to join our team.

YOUR ROLE
As Delivery Performance Specialist, you will spearhead the analysis of delivery data, identify key improvement areas, and implement innovative solutions to consistently exceed customer expectations. You will be working with a wide group of stakeholders, counting colleagues across BESTSELLER Logistics, carriers as well as our more than 60 markets and 20 brands. Your primary responsibility is to analyze and improve BESTSELLER's delivery performance across all modes of transportation to customers – with plenty of opportunities to have impact on the scope of your own.

Your tasks include:

• Analyzing delivery performance data, identifying trends, and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies for optimizing transport routes, modes, and processes.
• Collaborating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries, address performance issues, and hold them accountable for contractual obligations.
• Securing best cost structure for our markets.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders - including markets, brands, and our logistics operations - to understand their needs and ensure alignment with transport optimization goals.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate performance data and improvement initiatives.

You thrive in a role where collaborating, communicating and negotiating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders is essential to your ability to deliver results.

Moreover, we’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or transport-related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with carriers
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks and data analysis tools
• Strong English and Danish skills, written as well as spoken.

LOCATION: Your primary base will be our distribution centre in Haderslev with the opportunity to work from our office in Aarhus 2-3 days per week.
