About the opportunity
This role leads the design, development and implementation of leadership and team development solutions designed to transform leadership capability, accelerate future leaders, build high performing teams, and create a shared leadership culture across all levels of the organization.

In addition:
- You have a track record of building leadership capabilities and strength in a organization in transformation.
- Excellent knowledge of commonly used leadership development concepts, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of performance management and development
- Knowledge of individual assessment and coaching of leaders
- Have the ability, experience and skills of designing and facilitating leadership programs and teaming solutions.
- Understanding of change and transformation processes and management tools.
