Do you want to make a difference for customers and colleagues as our new Test Site Manager?
Weibel develops and manufactures the world´s most advanced Doppler radar systems for customers across most of the world. We can offer an exciting opportunity where you get to use your technical skills in an innovative environment, pushing the performance of radars to the limit.

Do you have experience managing test assets and activities across multiple test sites for several concurrent projects? Then you might be the person we are looking for. You will join our Aftermarket team, where you are going to plan and organize the resources and activities of our test sites.

Your role and responsibilities
As our new Test Site Manager, you will build, develop and maintain plans and processes to ensure efficient use of Weibel’s test sites.

Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Surveying and cataloguing site properties, including physical placement, equipment, facilities, access, electrical power, etc.
  • Planning and organizing activities and resources so that interferences are avoided (power consumption, radar frequencies, etc.), acting as PoC for site bookings.
  • Managing and communicating rules and assuring that safety regulations related to test sites and their access are met.
  • Provide detailed requirements on infrastructure needs and liaise with our Facility service.
  • Assure that general appearance and tidiness is upheld.

Your qualifications and background
You have experience in site or project management, preferably in an engineering context. You have strong communication skills both written and spoken and are able to discuss with the different test site stakeholders. It is an advantage if you have experience from the defense industry but not a requirement.

As a person, you are systematic, efficient and persistent. You have the ability to make a thought-out plan for your ongoing tasks combined with the flexibility to handle unforeseen incidents.

Your new team
You will join our Aftermarket team, and you will report directly to our Global Aftermarket Director. The Aftermarket team consist of approximately 25 competent and dedicated colleagues. We work in a professional and informal environment to ensure the successful delivery and operation of Weibel products.
