As a Senior Channel Manager at Kahoot!, you’ll be responsible for expanding and nurturing our channel partnerships across EMEA. You’ll focus on driving revenue by establishing new partnerships and maximizing growth potential with existing ones. Reporting directly to the Director of Channel Sales, EMEA/APAC, you’ll join a dynamic and growing team of three and play a key role in shaping our Channel Strategy.

Responsibility

  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing resellers, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), referral partners, content partners, and others to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans with channel partners, identifying key opportunities and strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure channel sales activities align with company goals.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to empower channel partners to sell Kahoot! products effectively.
  • Assist partners with product positioning, demos, and deal-closing strategies.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets for partners and develop plans to exceed them.
  • Manage pipeline generation and revenue forecasting.
  • Analyze sales performance data to assess channel effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead negotiations to establish partnerships that align with our growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or related roles, with past experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven past success in building both new partnerships as well as driving growth with existing ones.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience driving sales through partners on a regional scale is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to guide the sales process and instill confidence.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously, from initial contact to ongoing management.
  • A commercially minded approach with a keen eye for identifying mutually beneficial business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English in both written and spoken.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
