The Position
We offer exciting internships in various departments across our business, where you will take a business partner role and support solving daily task as well as driving development projects. You will be part of a cohort of interns for which we offer a tailored onboarding and training program. Our corporate functions are based in Ørestad, south of Copenhagen, but we collaborate daily with colleagues across Europe, including those in our headquarters and affiliate offices. You'll be part of a diverse team comprising many nationalities, competencies, and educational backgrounds, from accountants and legal advisors to marketing experts and business consultants.

Your tasks will vary depending on the department, but may include:

  • Support with operational tasks, meeting preparation and minutes, data analysis, reports and other internal communication
  • Drive process optimization projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc support for ongoing projects as well as gathering and consolidating data input from different stakeholders
  • Support with business development activities, e.g. development of obesity commercials
  • Support with monthly budget tracking and reporting
  • Support with social media insights generation
  • Support with improving our contract management data quality and future ways of working

Practicalities:

  • Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of an additional 6-month extension)
  • Working hours: full-time, up to 37 hours per week (with the flexibility within the exam period)
  • Preferred start date: 01 January 2025
  • Location: Ørestad, Denmark
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows
  • Full-time Danish work permit is required for non-EU residents

We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study. Please note that, students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period.

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Strategy, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, Marketing, or HR and have at least 6 months left of your studies.

We are seeking interns who are eager to learn, can manage their time effectively, and have some experience in their field and working with various stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex tasks, manage shifting priorities, and handle strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

As a person, you're a proactive and positive individual who excels at building trust-based relationships across cultures. Your talent in securing a commitment from both internal and external stakeholders helps you thrive in a role that demands adaptability and a dynamic approach to problem-solving.

Fluency in English is a requirement, and your CV should be submitted in English.

The Novo Nordisk Region NWE was established in April 2020 and covers the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Finland, Austria, Portugal, and Ireland.
