In this role, you'll leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce's declarative features and your business acumen to create human-centered experiences that solve real-world problems and transform how we operate. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions will be key as you collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Become a Key Player with Salesforce at the Center
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in our Customer & Business team, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform. In close collaboration with various departments, you’ll create and optimize workflows that support our digital transformation and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Certifications
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 would be a plus

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Design, maintain, and optimize business processes
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce Flow to build and automate workflows
  • Documentation of business processes in Salesforce
  • Perform data manipulation and configure platform settings
  • Manage user accounts and resolve issues through Zendesk tickets
  • Collaborate with business teams to create and modify reports and dashboards
  • Oversee general platform maintenance and release management
  • Participate in resolving integration issues connected to Salesforce

About you

  • You are a dynamic and proactive Salesforce professional with a strong background in Salesforce administration and a solid understanding of development principles
  • Your expertise includes creating, maintaining, and enhancing automated business processes, particularly within Salesforce, using tools like Flow
  • You are up to date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning and staying up to date with new technology, and with a mindset geared towards innovation and collaboration, you are a self-starter who inspires others by leading by example
  • You quickly grasp business needs, design effective Salesforce solutions, and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment
  • General understanding of Code such as Apex, JAVA, Python is a big plus
  • Be a self-learner who leads by example and challenges the status quo with a beginner's mindset
  • Understand the declarative features of the Salesforce Platform and how they can be used to design a human-centered user experience to solve problems
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users, including the creation and delivery of workshop materials, demoing new features, and documentation maintenance
  • You are adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring these solutions are well-documented and easy for end users to understand and adopt
  • Proficiency in Danish or another Scandinavian language is preferred but not required

Overall, you are a passionate technologist with a deep understanding of Salesforce's declarative features as well as having a strong business acumen, dedicated to designing human-centered solutions that drive business success.
