What you will be doing
You will play a central role in guiding the HR agenda for some of our Group Functions in the Headquarter, all of which operate on a global scale. Your role will position you as a highly valued and a reliable partner, serving as an advisor to senior management teams and line managers.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, collaborating with HR support teams as needed.
• Ensuring active involvement in people engagement, succession planning, talent management, and competency development in partnership with the management team.
• Facilitating organizational reviews, implementing changes, and fostering team development initiatives.
• Taking charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including the identification of business needs and conducting candidate interviews.
• Playing a key role in the development and maintenance of the annual people wheel in close collaboration with fellow HR colleagues.
• Managing and actively participating in strategic projects alongside colleagues from Group HR to ensure organizational and leadership development.

What you bring
You will be organized, with excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. You will be a problem-solver and decision-maker, able to assess and manage risk effectively.

We imagine that you:

• Bring 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably gained in an international organization.
• Have a HR relevant educational background
• Demonstrate proficiency in effectively communicating with senior management and international stakeholders.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both written and verbal English.
• Have experience in utilizing data to deliver tangible value to the business.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking
• Insightful understanding of human behavior and strong conflict management skills
• Good networking skills, diplomatic skills, and sense of cultural differences
• Demonstrated facilitation skills and experience with learning and development, as this will be considered a strong asset in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.
