Site Security Manager

Are you interested in physical security and safety at a workplace? We are seeking a service-orientated Site Security Manager to oversee the physical security operations at our new headquarters in Copenhagen. If you would like to ensure the safety and security of our people, premises, assets, and many visitors, you might be our new colleague.
The Physical Security Operations team, collaborates with the department to advance the physical security initiatives across the bank and its subsidiaries. Supported by internal and external teams, they ensure robust local and regional security services. The team consists of 7 security experts and operates across the nations where Danske Bank is located.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for the site
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring a high standard of security coverage and service by security guards
- Conduct regular security assessments and controls to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders and external law enforcement and other agencies as required to maintain security and respond to emergencies
- Oversee the set-up and upkeep of security measures, including surveillance cameras and access control systems, ensuring a safe and secure environment
- Train and develop security team members on security protocols and incident response techniques
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management
- Manage projects, budgets and forecasts for security operations and equipment
A great match
We are looking for a new colleague with solid stakeholder management skills as you will have a large network and be partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar position, with at least 5 years in a role with supervision responsibilities
- Great understanding of security protocols, crisis management, and surveillance systems
- Excellent supervisor and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Danish security regulations and laws
- Proficient in the use of security management software and systems
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage modern security equipment and software
