Enterprise Architect @ Nuuday - Copenhagen

An exciting opportunity to join a technology driven organization undergoing a unique digital transformation. As an Enterprise Architect (EA) with Nuuday, you will define and enable Architectural Governance practices and assist create and maintain a full overview of and strategy for the technology landscape – including platforms, vendors, and partners.

You will become part of CTO Office within the Nuuday Technology division. Nuuday Technology is the backbone that enables Nuuday brands to deliver great customer experiences, become truly digital and compete hard.
CTO Office comprises of IT Strategy and Architecture, both of which play an integral part in Nuuday’s exciting transformation journey that will create fundamental changes. The role will report to the Head of Architecture.

Your Job
Together with an experienced Architecture team of three Enterprise Architects and five Domain Architects, your primary focus will be to enable the ongoing transformation of the IT stack across all busines areas. Besides guiding the implementation of modern scalable solutions to meet business needs, you will facilitate migrations of IT platforms and be a change agent for the whole organization to move towards standard solutions and a leaner operating model, rather than increasing complexity by bespoke solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Perform review and provide guidance for solution architecture in projects and programs.
• Facilitate architecture and operating model analysis and recommendations for executive data-driven decisions.
• Enable architectural decisions to be made on time with no delay in projects and programs.
• Design and maintain target enterprise architecture blueprint and roadmaps with adequate depth, innovation, and pragmatism.
• Manage roadmap based on ongoing discoveries and evolving business decisions.
• Take on key technology roles such tech lead and stream lead in transformation programs.

Keys to succeed in the role will be to

• Create and maintain high levels of transparency and engagement with all stakeholders – both within Nuuday and with our vendors and partners.
• Ensure good communication and continuous alignment of prioritizations and expectations in a complex business environment with many different targets.
• Use data and facts to drive decision making, and act with integrity and honesty to create trust in your role and Technology as an advisor to the rest of Nuuday.

Your Experience
You have extensive experience with enterprise IT architecture, ideally with some of it as part of a Telco ecosystem, with knowledge of industry-specific best practices. Experience with putting your EA skills to use in complex business transformation programs is a definite plus. Your experience also includes:

• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and architecture patterns
• Ability to drive and coordinate process, data, and technology discussions
• Experience from working on transformation projects that span multiple organizations and business units
• Certification in Open Group and TMForum frameworks
• Experience in using EA tools and governing artifacts
• Academic credentials on bachelor or master level from university
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
