The Payment Process Automation team and the solutions we deliver are a key part in achieving those ambitions. To help us raise the bar even further, we are looking to hire a highly skilled full stack developer, who has a great interest for business processes and the ability to reinforce our internal setup by building system features that enable colleagues in operations to improve efficiency and quality of their work.

You will be reporting to the Head of Payment Process Automation and be part of a growing team of passionate tech savvy people eager to improve the inner workings of the business through various technical and IT solutions of different scales.

Furthermore, you will be collaborating with various internal stakeholders in Operations and Client Services as well as product owners and analysts for different solutions across the business to ensure end-to-end delivery of new functionalities.

What you will be doing

• Frontend development in React/Typescript
• Backend development in .Net/C#
• Writing SQL queries to support business needs and data extraction
• Pipelines for deploying our code in Kubernetes
• Improve the tech setup when possible
• Identifying weak points in processes
• Support on ad hoc requests for smaller technical solutions
• Communication and collaboration with various stakeholders on deliveries

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have worked as a developer or tech savvy business analyst where you have been coding. We prefer that you have experience with React (although not a requirement), and it's a plus if you have worked as a full stack developer previously, but not a requirement either. Furthermore, we expect that you have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained a few years of experience. We expect you to have demonstrated ability to dissect and restructure complex business challenges and a sharp eye for optimization.

As a person you are a dependable, approachable, and a curious team-player who knows the value of clear and effective communication and who likes working in the area between technology and business processes. You should be able to learn business processes from both operations and client perspective, to have an intrinsic, end-to-end understanding of what is being done, why it’s being done and how you can help make it better.

As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, travelling between locations will be required from time to time.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.
