Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives and managing the overall product roadmap. You will work closely with the product team to prioritize features, epics, and initiatives, while defining the long-term roadmap for the next 3-5 years. Using Aha! for requirement specifications, you'll ensure clarity and alignment across the team.

A crucial focus will be leading the development and successful launch of our new initiative, the "Configuration Engine." This will involve running workshops with both internal and external stakeholders, leading proof of concepts (PoCs), and working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, UX, and Marketing. Your goal is to ensure smooth launches of new features that deliver an exceptional experience for super-users and admins.

You'll be part of a dynamic and distributed team of seven, spread across four key locations: London, Munich, Stockholm, and Gothenburg. This diverse setup will require strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.

The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, strategic, and can drive initiatives from start to finish. You must be analytical, able to assess market trends, competitor actions, and data to make informed decisions, and communicate these insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Creativity and boldness are key to standing out, incorporating new technologies and thinking outside the box to ensure our product’s success in operational excellence.

We also see that you have

• Previous experience in creating UI based configuration tools and/or knowledge in platform setup challenges is key to become successful in this role experience.
• Excellent knowledge of, or willingness to learn product management and agile processes

• At least 2 years of experience working within the international Benefits and Total rewards
• You have a great business, commercial & customer mindset and understand metrics, growth, usage, customer value and profitability
• 6 years within software industry
• Knowledge around new technology (cloud, AI, microservices, APIs etc) is valuable in the role.

Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden.
