Within the role, you will play a key part in strengthening our project infrastructure, improving our capability to generate project reports, enhancing project monitoring processes, and automating related workflows.

The GSBD team is seeking a Project Portfolio Analyst who will be responsible for further developing and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for ongoing tracking and reporting of Global Projects for Abacus Medicine Group.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Ensure new projects are correctly registered in the system.
• Improve the project reporting process to enhance portfolio driven decision making.
• Liaise between projects and business units for accurate and timely updates.
• Design and implement infrastructure for project tracking and reporting.
• Over time build automated, self-service infrastructure to reduce manual work.
• Train and support staff in effectively using the new system and processes.
• Communicate portfolio progress to senior management.

Fuel for your success in the role
You have:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• +2 years of full-time experience in roles as either Project Manager, - Analyst, or similar.
• Experience from a PMO is required, preferably with project tracking/reporting responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex information.
• Attention to detail in communication and when handling large datasets.
• Understanding of project management principles, with preferably a certification.
• Technical proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint is required.
• Experience with PowerBI and or AI-tools/automation is considered an advantage.

Join us in Copenhagen, Denmark
The GSBD team is based at the Abacus Medicine Group Headquarters in Copenhagen. We are looking for a candidate who is eligible and ready to join us here. While the role is primarily based in our Copenhagen office, we offer the flexibility of remote work up to 2 days a week.
