How to contribute to our vision

As a Portfolio Manager within the Offshore Execution organization, you will be a part of the Project Portfolio Office, with the responsibility to proactively foresee business challenges and drive project portfolio topics for business unit top management and across the organization.

Our mission is to influence stakeholders by spearheading the development of alternative solutions and optimization opportunities.

A crucial aspect of this role is to identify risk and opportunities within our portfolio of projects. Your capability to understand the business flow, gather and analyze the right information combined with your stakeholder management skills will enable you to provide valuable inputs to our leadership community on a portfolio level.

In this role you will...

· Consult and support SGRE Offshore top management on high impact portfolio risks and opportunities

· Be an internal consultant who will impact business decisions and processes with your work

· Design strategies and methods to solve business problems or inefficiencies

· Manage our risk- and opportunity landscape on a portfolio level

· Create links and transparency between project events and potential impacts to the portfolio

· Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization

· Scope management requests and deliver the right input and message for decision making

· Be exposed to a large community handling complex projects that offer many learning opportunities and interesting insights

· Cover the entire value chain of wind projects of a global and leading technology enterprise working across borders

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a technical field or similar in combination with thorough practical experience preferably within Offshore Wind

In addition:

· You have at least 7 years of experience in a large industrial environment

· You have a strong strategic and analytical mindset

· You excel at identifying and analyzing business challenges and opportunities

· Experience with supply- and value chain management and optimization

· You are at ease with pro-actively navigating a complex stakeholder environment and building a network

· Ability to regularly convey complex topics exhaustively and concisely for top management

· You are a team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, but also the ability to work independently

· You are comfortable with a diverse set of tasks, working both on long-term projects and short deadline queries

· Proficiency in both oral and written English
