As we expand into the USA, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our efforts on the East Coast. This is a unique opportunity to become Teton AI’s first commercial hire in the USA, spearheading our growth in the long-term care market.

Role Overview
As the BDM, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by targeting large long-term care companies on the East Coast. You will own the full sales cycle, from high-volume outbound prospecting to closing seven-figure deals, building and managing a strong pipeline in alignment with our aggressive growth objectives. This role requires a blend of hunter mentality and consultative selling skills to close complex, high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow Teton’s customer base in the senior care sector.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to contract signature.
  • Lead high-energy outbound activities to generate a robust pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Attend and cultivate sales opportunities at key events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using our CRM tool.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of sales experience selling high-value SaaS services in the healthcare sector. Long-term care exposure is ideal but not required.
  • Proven success in achieving million-dollar new business sales quotas, with experience closing high six-figure ACV deals.
  • A blend of hunter mentality and consultative selling skills, with the ability to generate a funnel at scale and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and build lasting relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Located on the East Coast USA (Eastern Time Zone).
