We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our Global Product Management team in Agilent’s Pathology Division.

In addition to working with the team of Global Product Managers, you will be in daily interactions with other parts of the Agilent Marketing organization, Partner Organizations, R&D, Finance, Regulatory, Logistics, Quality and Field organization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and initiatives to drive improved sales, market share and profitability in alignment with the Agilent Pathology business & marketing strategy.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of pathology market, competitor landscape and customer needs across segments.
• Identify and evaluate market and portfolio opportunities based on customer segmentation, growth potentials and unmet customer needs.
• Optimize product portfolio performance and quality to be competitive and meet customer expectations.
• Drive Product Life Cycle Management activities
• Act as the customer champion in the broader Division
This role can be offered as completely remote or hybrid (according to candidate's proximity with our offices) anywhere in Europe where Agilent has an entity.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with the following background:
• Significant experience in product management, sales or a technical role within the diagnostics or MedTech industry
• University Degree ideally in a Life Science or a Business-related field
• Experience within Clinical diagnostics is a plus
• Full proficiency in English - additional European languages could be an advantage

You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and within a global matrix. You have a strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive for results.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
