The position
You will be part of a two-person GMP Partner team where you and your colleague will report directly to the Country General Manager & Associate Vice President.
The GMP Partner team have a vital role in supporting Senior Management ensuring compliance, fostering the quality strategy, and promoting the quality culture within production.
This position involves a dynamic mix of leading, coordinating, and participating in management-related compliance and quality activities.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating preparation, participation-, and follow up on audits and inspections.
- Set direction via quality KPI´s, report trends and drive relevant actions in collaboration with production management.
- Take leadership and set direction for the compliance initiatives in production.
- Drive continuous improvement of quality performance and processes.
- Support compliance and represent production in cross-functional quality projects.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, it is advantageous to have:
- Solid experience and understanding of GMP production.
- A bachelor's or master´s degree within pharmacy, engineering, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical industry or similar; experience from manufacturing.
- A LEAN mindset with a track record of systematic problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Danish and English; both spoken and written.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
