We are looking for a service-minded IT Supporter who is enthusiastic about IT and customer service.

Our IT End User Services team at Bang & Olufsen focuses on improving the customer experience for our end users. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of Bang & Olufsen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our colleagues in Bang & Olufsen with their day-to-day IT needs.
• Oversee IT tickets in ServiceNow and engage in support and problem-solving
• Seek ways to improve IT processes for the benefit of the end user.
• Participate in and contribute to knowledge sharing in our team.
• Stay informed about the Group’s IT instructions and procedures.
• Ensure meeting rooms, printer and other IT services are working properly.
• Distribute and collect IT equipment for end users.

While we prefer a trained IT Supporter, we are ready to hire a person with the right mindset, competence and skills. If you are technically proficient, have a good overview, and are great at creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues, you might be the one to join our team.

Moreover, you bring:

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to customer service.
• A collaborative and self-motivated attitude.
• A structured approach to task management, able to keep track of a large number of tasks.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Experience with Microsoft M365.
• A working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS X, and iOS.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish.

What we offer
As our new IT Supporter, you will be a member of our Group IT (25 people) and will report to the manager of End User Services. You will work collaboratively with a team of five colleagues, who will all be able to support each other with the focus of delivering the best possible customer service. One colleague from End User Service and other members of Group IT will be located with you in Lyngby, while the rest of IT and the End User Services team is located in Struer.

The majority of your work will take place in our Lyngby office, but you may have to assist others outside Lyngby when necessary. As part of our work culture, Bang & Olufsen listens to new ideas and challenges them - we hope you will challenge us too.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
