Are you an experienced project manager with flair for working in larger programs involving many different stakeholders requiring overview and communication skills? Do you have experience from an SAP S/4HANA conversion or implementation? Can you plan and lead digital projects? Do you have the drive and insight to manage projects and liaise with many stakeholders operating in different areas of Vestas?

Then we have an ideal opportunity for you, where you will become part of the program leadership team for the SAP S/4HANA conversion at Vestas. You will be responsible for leading complex activities in the program.

This project manager role will be reporting to and collaborating closely with the Program Owner and program leadership team in Digital Technology Solutions. The assignment covers all activities related to project management of an SAP S/4HANA conversion. We expect you to have been leading other successful SAP S/4HANA conversions and larger technical programs.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to lead activities in the strategic program with all key deliverables incl. budget controlling, scope alignment, activity planning with Product Owners and vendors, communication, change management etc. With your functional leads, technical teams and external partner, you will be responsible for the overall technical conversion and the functional changes brought by converting to SAP S/4HANA.

Overall, your responsibilities will include:

  • Activity planning and resource estimation
  • Communication with stakeholders across Vestas and with external partners
  • Oversee any external program resources
  • Quality assurance
  • Change management
  • Financial management of the project
  • Ensure program meets defined objectives

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you have experience from another SAP S/4HANA conversion program (preferably brownfield), you most likely hold a degree in Communication, Business Administration, IT or relevant. You must also have strong demonstrable project management skills, a formal certification in PMP/Prince 2 preferred.

Furthermore, we expect that you have/are:

  • Fluent in English verbally and written
  • Solid communication/stakeholder management skills
  • Planning of larger transitions including change management
  • Planning and securing delivery of many parallel activities at the agreed quality and in due time
