We believe that we have something to offer you - As our new Head of Finance

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Finance (or “Regnskabschef” in Danish). A position where you will be leading our current expanding finance function of three colleagues and the responsibility to maintain our accounts and accounting processes, while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, guidelines and requirements.

Over the past years we have grown in size and you will be joining a company with more than 200 committed and ambitious colleagues. Our group consist of 13 entities, which are all supported by our group functions which include finance, legal, marketing and facility.

You and your team will be responsible for all accounting tasks on daily basis, ensuring compliance, annual accounts delivery, monthly closures – All while being able to service internal and external customers. We expect you to be very hands-on while providing guidance and motivation to the team. Think of the concept “Player-Coach”.

You and your team will in addition provide accounting services to our entities in Germany and USA. As well as maintaining and developing our accounting system (Maconomy), which is used by all entities in the group.

You will be servicing internal and external customers as well as advisers, auditors and other stakeholders.

Why are we looking for you? First of all, you are a dedicated leader with a passion for accounting and creating results through others, while not be afraid to help with daily hands-on tasks.

• You are already an experienced Head of Finance from a similar position with a relevant background/education as auditor or similar.

• You preferably have experience from the consultancy industry with time and material revenue streams and relevant processes. You know your way around accounting requirements, VAT, salary, tax and managing group accounts.

• You are experienced in working with group accounts, transfer pricing and support/develop requirement to support these

• You are a natural in thinking processes and adequate controls into your and your teams’ actions. You are ready to take responsibility for our accounting system and accounts both in Denmark, Germany and USA – And maybe more to come.

Needless to say, you are an emphatic colleague and leader, who can support our onwards journey.
