Do you want to be part of the commercial transformation of a global leader in transport and logistics?

As our new Commercial Strategy Manager, you will help chart the course for DSV's future commercial growth and success. As an instrumental part of the Group Commercial team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy, working closely with commercial management to drive progress towards our organic growth agenda. The culture in DSV calls for a hands-on approach. You will work to ensure that the strategic direction is set and followed to serve our largest customers across our five Enterprise Verticals.

Among other things, you will:

• Continuously review our commercial strategy to ensure strong performance
• Drive our commercial transformation efforts to mature and strengthen our commercial capabilities
• Design, develop and support strategic initiatives and commercial projects
• Facilitate and engage in strategic discussions and workshops with commercial executive management and other key stakeholders in the business
• Refine and promote our commercial toolbox and templates to support colleagues throughout the organisation
• Drive small- and large-scale Post-Merger Integration on inorganic strategic growth bets within the Commercial workstream(s)

An experienced commercial strategist with a flair for people and numbers
We are looking for someone with a well-versed strategy toolbox who readily frames situations, aligns on their complications, poses questions, and develops answers together with key stakeholders. You have a humble approach and collaborate effectively across teams and borders. You also want to move the needle for the business by bringing your experience and unique perspective to the table.

Also, we imagine that you have:

• A relevant university degree within e.g., strategy, finance, business administration, business development or economics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience from top-tier management consulting or a similar commercial excellence role in a Corporate setting
• Experience from transport, logistics, supply chain management and/or a listed company is a plus but not a requirement
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, evidenced by a history of fostering robust relationships and driving alignment across diverse teams and organisational levels
• Project management skills with a structured, proactive and thorough approach to your work
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven insights and PowerPoint for compelling storytelling
• Fluency in both written and oral English is essential, with proficiency in Danish considered a plus
