Microsoft 365 adoption specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 services within Terma by developing and executing strategies, plans, and initiatives that ensure effective implementation and usage of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and configuration of SharePoint and OneDrive across the organization.
• Establish and maintain governance policies to ensure compliance with data security, retention, and access control protocols.
• Create comprehensive training materials and conduct engaging workshops to educate employees on the key features and best practices of SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Provide expert-level support to superusers, helping to troubleshoot and resolve queries and issues.
• Track and analyze adoption metrics, user engagement, and feedback, generating reports to evaluate the success of Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives.

Professional Competencies

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 services, with in-depth experience in SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong understanding of governance structures, compliance standards, and data security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive user adoption and engagement.

This is a full time position based at Terma premises in Brasov, Romania. The starting date is expected to be 1st of December 2024
