In Novonesis we have an exciting and bright future ahead of us, and one of the ways to get there, is through workforce analytics. That’s why we are hiring a student assistant to support in making this happening.

Welcome to People Analytics
The People Analytics team is employing 6 people based in India and Denmark respectively. We are responsible for various workforce and people related analysis which can be used to improve and optimize processes, act as input to facilitate business discussions, be centered around employee performance and organizational effectiveness to name a few areas. By leveraging these insights, we support People & Organization (P&O) colleagues as well as leaders, to make data-driven decisions to align human resource strategies with overall business goals.

The position is part time with an expected weekly hour of 12-15 hours which could be split over 3 days. The position is temporary for 2 years.

In this role you’ll make an impact by
You will be involved in conducting various analysis which could be centered around diversity, equity & inclusion, recruitment as well as engagement. In addition, you will be supporting in visualizing analysis in power-point to be presented to senior stakeholders across the organization. You should also expect other ad-hoc tasks based on various incoming requests to the team.

To succeed you must
Have a keen interest in numbers. You possess strong data awareness and know how to apply quantitative mathematical models to analyze bigger datasets. You are most likely well equipped in excel and could have gained knowledge also with R, Python, Power BI and dislike.

We value a pro-active and independent individual who has a keen interest to grow and learn.

Ideally, you will have approx. 2 years left of your studies and we could as well be open for you to write your thesis in Novonesis.
