How you might spend your days
As a Manager for Project Quality Management, you’ll be:

• Working with a motivated and highly skilled team of approximately 30 Project Quality Managers
  
• Collaborating with the department’s other Manager, sharing responsibilities and objectives
  
• Providing management, leadership, and strategic direction for the Project Quality Management team
  
• Developing team members and helping build their competencies within the quality discipline
  
• Overseeing the activities of the Project Quality Management team and allocating resources across projects
  
• Supporting the development and implementation of Project Quality Management best practices
  
• Engaging with senior management to communicate achievements, address challenges, and share lessons learned across the organization

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• A degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, or a related field
  
• At least 5 years of experience in the life sciences or biotech industry
  
• Proven experience in coaching and leading team members
