Junior QA Engineer

We are seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in software testing, possibly with an ISTQB certification, and a background in testing Salesforce with test management tool Microsoft Azure DevOps. This role requires an individual who is independent, thorough, collaborative, and detail-oriented, capable of ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce CRM functionality and its processes. The candidate also needs to have experience working in an agile environment.
About the Salesforce CRM:

Our CRM is a critical platform designed to streamline and optimize the orders for hearing aids. The system is used to track the entire lifecycle of an order, from the initial placement through to fulfillment and payment. It integrates with other system components to ensure seamless data flow and visibility across the sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ensure the quality and performance by identifying and resolving defects.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, E2E, SIT and performance testing.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Design test cases, evaluate them, and log defects in a clear and precise manner.
• Provide detailed documentation of test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience in testing Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Previous experience in designing and executing test cases.
• Ability to log defects clearly and precisely.
• Solid proficiency in examining data and effectively addressing problems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work individually and control multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Salesforce certifications.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification.
• Interest with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
