The Challenge

You will lead a team of four, responsible for the company's controlling, bookkeeping, and IT functions. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders on all accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial reporting process, including the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts to the parent company, AddLife.
• Take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and business controlling
• Drive key change projects like impending an ERP implementation, digitalization, IT development and safety
• Provide business analyses for production sites and sales, ensuring accurate product costing and financial insights
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a financial partner to the organization
• Lead a team of four colleagues responsible for controlling and IT, ensuring smooth financial operations
• It is expected that you seriously play an important and proactive role in the management group

Your Talent
We are looking for a loyal professional with a structured approach to leadership, capable of balancing strategic thinking with attention to operational details. You are collaborative, approachable, and committed to fostering a positive team culture, while maintaining focus on achieving financial goals.

The preferred candidate will have the following profile:

• A degree in Economics e.g. Graduate Diploma in Financial and Management Accounting, along with a substantial and relevant experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing or project-based organizations
• Solid experience in financial management, reporting, and controlling
• Proven ability and interest in leading small teams and manage projects, with focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with implementation of ERP preferable Business Central
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver results
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making across the organisation
• You express yourself fluently in both in Danish and English
