Are you a dedicated and experienced People Manager ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team?

We are seeking a passionate Team Manager to join our Customer Care team at PostNord Strålfors Denmark. You’ll lead a team of 10 professionals, driving transformation, and ensuring we continue delivering outstanding customer service in a rapidly changing environment.

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Customer Care team within the Operations department, ensuring it supports business growth and operational efficiency. Your role will be to ensure seamless integration of service delivery with the sales and delivery value chain, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement, team development, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our team achieve business objectives by translating tactical goals into actionable plans, clearly communicating these plans, and ensuring that your team remains focused, motivated, and aligned with our organizational targets.

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Customer Care team, ensuring optimal performance, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Drive transformation within the team, continuously adapting to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the wider management team to align on strategy and operational targets.
  • Act as a key representative in customer meetings, supporting the team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Ensure efficient resource planning, manage workflows, and prioritize tasks to meet business demands. Identify and address skill gaps within the team, facilitating staff development and recruitment as needed.
  • Cultivate a positive, transparent, and open communication culture, ensuring your team understands and is empowered to meet business goals.
  • Take full ownership of service delivery according to contracts and solution designs, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service handovers.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings and employee appraisals, offering ongoing constructive feedback to help team members grow and thrive.

Desired qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven leadership experience within customer service management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Solid experience in change management, with the ability to lead through transformations.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities paired with hands-on leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and empower team members, fostering both personal and professional growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
  • Both written and spoken in Danish and English, along with a relevant academic degree at Bachelor or Master level, is required
