HR, systems and processes across our global playful company
In this role, you will be responsible for our KOMPAN HR system and processes including global and local use of the system and connection to related systems. Focused on making a difference for the business, you will be first point of contact for colleagues on the use of our HR system, and ensuring our main processes are supported and executed securely through our HR platform. This means you are the process owner of our most important HR processes and are to ensure that we get the organisational impact we aim for.

You are good at building and maintaining trusting and lasting relationships with many stakeholders and thrive in an international environment. Not only will you get deep insight into and thorough understanding of our global organisation, but you will also build a strong network and be able to influence how we devel-op our HR system and our HR processes throughout KOMPAN. You will be given a great chance to further develop your HR toolbox and work together with highly skilled colleagues across KOMPAN.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Responsible for our HRIS system and main HR processes
  • Responsibility for HR reporting and data to HR Power BI solutions and ESG reporting
  • Responsible for all major HR processes including appraisals, salary adjustments, employee surveys
  • HR Master Data responsible
  • Management of HR surveys, analytics and process
  • Ensuring training of local superusers
  • Project managing implementation of HR tools and processes

Expert in HR systems and a strong relationship builder

  • Has successfully operated as an HRIS resource
  • A proven record of accomplishment within HR systems
  • A deep knowledge of HRIS, LMS, Power BI and other related systems
  • Knowledge and experience in management/leadership training is relevant

You are fluent in English orally and in writing. You will become a part of our Group HR team working from HQ in Odense, Denmark.

The successful KOMPAN HRIS Manager possesses great communication skills, is highly structured and has a good eye for detail. You bring a strong personality and can work across organizational boundaries. You are good at building inter-company relations and communicating to address the different stakeholders’ primary interests.

Of these, 23 countries do so through KOMPAN’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark.

The global footprint has expanded significantly over the years, and includes production sites in the Czech Republic, design studios in Denmark and the Czech Republic, and 23 country offices around the world including Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.
