Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our global Data Strategy & Insights team. This role will focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights, shaping the analytics portfolio around Salesforce and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and CRM platforms, delivering high-quality reports that enhance commercial performance. Collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, service, IT, and finance, the analyst will drive data-driven decision-making to support our mission of delivering Wonderful Sound for All.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the analytics portfolio for the Salesforce platform, utilizing Power BI and CRM Analytics.
• Proactively ensure data integrity and validity while maintaining consistent KPI definitions across all reporting structures.
• Develop commercial insights and drive complex analyses using diverse datasets.
• Promote the use of global reporting tools to enhance efficiency across the wholesale and retail business.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to identify KPIs and create dashboards that turn data into actionable insights and business initiatives.
• Support project and portfolio management efforts to deliver reporting solutions and performance insights.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in a comparable role that emphasizes data analysis and reporting, preferably from a consulting role in strategy, business intelligence, sales excellence, pricing, or commercial operations.
• Skilled in data storytelling, visualization, and building interactive reports/dashboards in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with the Salesforce suite or other CRM platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to manage and execute short-term projects with measurable impact on strategic or operational objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly to a global audience.
