Job Description

As a Engineering Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our product lifecycle management (PLM) system. You will collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and support product development from concept to launch.

Job Responsibilities

• PLM Superuser: Serve as a go-to expert for our PLM system (Siemens Teamcenter), providing guidance and training to the engineering team.

• Process Improvement: Actively participate in global initiatives to optimize PLM utilization, ensuring cross-functional and cross-site alignment on structures and processes.

• Technical Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.

• Engineering Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes and new product introductions across manufacturing sites.

• Product Support: Contribute to both product maintenance/improvement and new product development activities.

Background & Skills

• Technical Background: A background in technical design or a related field is preferred. We also welcome candidates with equivalent experience in a technical support role within an engineering environment.

• PLM Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.

• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with 3D CAD software, preferably NX.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

• Bonus Points: Experience with SAP is a plus.
