About the job
As our new Integration Architect, you will join the Integration team - a part of our TDC NET IT organization. The Integration team is responsible for defining and driving the integration strategy for TDC NET. Furthermore, integration & API architect will have a central role in this work, which includes:

• Identify and design best practices on many levels within architecture design, implementations, and processes, to promote scalability, efficiency, and security.
• Identify and drive the implementation of new technology.
• Continuously improve on the existing Mulesoft centered integration stack.
• Participate in high-level work across projects to identify and promote reusable integrations.

Concerning projects, the integration and API architect will be responsible for the integration architecture and design of new integrations and APIs.

Specifically:

• Have a responsibility for ensuring that integrations follow the overall integration strategy.
• Responsible for driving the integrations from idea to design, implementation, test, documentation, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with the team, business and system specialists, and other colleagues from different functions to initiate concepts and ideas that will lead to efficient end-to-end integration solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements in order to produce an integration architecture solution.
• Ensure adherence to best practices so that security is up to industry standards and that solutions comply with regulations.
• Coordinate implementations with developers and external partners.

About you
The candidate must have great communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different organizational levels. In addition, the candidate must thrive in leading and driving work on integrations and APIs in many different projects and applying technical insights to deliver outstanding solutions.

More specifically, the candidate must:

• Have 5+ years of experience in analysis, development, implementation, and management of APIs and integration solutions.
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Have solid experience with Mulesoft (3+ years)
• Have experience with web-based services and perhaps with integrations to and from cloud-based systems.
• Speak and write fluent English.
• IT architect experience is advantageous, but not required.
• Applicants are required to meet the criteria for submitting a security clearance application.
