As an Executive Assistant (EA), you play a vital role in supporting the Head of Direct Banking by ensuring sufficient information and materials to manage and develop the business. This involves analysing data, preparing presentations, planning and facilitating leadership meetings, and following up on agreed actions and project deliverables. You need to be organised, adaptable, proactive in managing daily tasks and deliverables, and comfortable with routine tasks as well.

We have an exciting strategy toward 2028, and together with the Direct Banking leadership team and key stakeholders across the organisation—including Finance, Tribes, Commercial Excellence and Strategy and Execution—you can be a critical person in assisting us succeed.

What we expect of you
We imagine you have a few years of experience in banking or consultancy; however, what matters most is your commercial mindset. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential, and you will be willing to solve any task.

Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is required.
