This role is key to navigating and contributing to Danske Bank’s ambitious transformation journey toward our Forward’28 goals.
What can you expect to do
You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, systems, and data owners to align activities with strategic objectives that enhance customer experiences.
Furthermore you will;
- Translate complex business logic into clear, actionable specifications for partnership initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance the Partnership Squad’s strategic agenda.
- Support downstream stakeholders in realizing business value through effective partnerships.
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with all regulatory, governance, and security frameworks.
- Actively participate in the transformation of Danske Bank’s retail customer area.
- Engage in continuous professional development to effectively contribute to the bank’s goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
What you bring
We imagine you bring a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Natural/Life Sciences or a related field.
You hold 3-5 years’ experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Functional Specialist, particularly with a focus on partnerships and collaborative projects.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, risk management, and general financial services is beneficial.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, proficient in English.
- Key collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, adaptable to changing business environments.
- Proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.
