Core Responsibilities
Content Development

  • Handle the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content across various platforms, including websites and email campaigns.

Content Strategy

  • Support the development and implementation of content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

SEO Optimization

  • Work closely with the SEO team to conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Editorial Planning

  • Help maintain and handle editorial planning to ensure marketing activities are aligned on owned channels and across the ecosystem.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Work with Digital Engagement Team to supervise and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

Creative Briefing

  • Build detailed creative briefs for content projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

Communicating and Selling Narratives

  • Present content strategies and campaign ideas to internal partners, effectively communicating the vision and value.
  • Develop and sell compelling narratives that support and engage internal teams.

Play your part in our team succeeding
The Editorial and Content team is responsible for crafting, running, and marketing experiences that inspire LEGO fans of all ages across LEGO owned touchpoints. This role focuses on Parents and Adult builders as the primary target audience. Our team's ambition is to create a playful and engaging digital ecosystem where grown-ups can deepen their love and understanding of the LEGO brand and products. LEGO isn't just for kids — it's for everyone. We aim to design immersive experiences that reconnect adults with their sense of wonder, while also supporting Families with learning through play. These experiences are essential to the broader Digital Ecosystem, which ties together all digital LEGO experiences in meaningful ways, fostering deeper consumer engagement and enhancing lifetime value.

Do you have what it takes?

  • English proficiency: Strong writing and editing skills.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven record in using data and analytics to plan content.
  • Project Management: Project management skills, including working in a matrix organization and handling multiple partners. Ability to call out or handle issues as needed.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Content Life Cycle Management: Basic understanding of content lifecycle processes, including creation, approval, publication, and archival.

Preferred skills include UX/UI knowledge, familiarity with marketing automation tools, basic understanding of translation and trans-creation workflows, and proficiency in content management systems (CMS).

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
