Welcome to Business Intelligence, which is part of Wealth Management Denmark’s Commercial Development unit. We add value by supporting Wealth Management Leadership team with driving projects that supports our strategy and bringing relentless focus to our digital development and data driven approach. As Business Developer you’ll play a valuable role in ensure our commercial approach and execution. What you’ll be doing:

• Manage projects where data and analysis are an essential part of the solution. Develop user-friendly data tools, and create insights and ensure efficient use of data and analysis for all colleagues in WMDK
• Utilize data insights and seeking new ways to identify new commercial activities that leads to measurable results combined with fostering data-driven culture throughout WMDK
• Materialize colleagues' data needs and wishes and challenge these as well as develop concrete solutions and put it into practice

You’ll join forces with a group of ambitious, execution-oriented colleagues, who strive to drive Wealth Management change agenda in an everchanging regulatory landscape. We are five colleagues in the team, who are all based in Copenhagen (Metrobygningen).

• Master advanced problem solving and data analysis capabilities and have the skills to create user-friendly solutions
• Have the ability to drive and facilitate several topics at the same time in a complex and demanding environment
• Are ambitious, have a strategic and strong execution mindset and drive to create great end-user experiences along with a capability to identify risks and find solutions
• Are proficient in stakeholder management and have excellent relationship skills with strong passion for collaboration in serving the whole
• Communicate well, both in writing and speech, with senior stakeholders on complicated, potentially charged topics, understanding the importance of positioning messages well

Your experience and background:

• Data dissemination and development of business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI
• Project management competencies with a structured approach to planning and prioritizing
• Solid experience and interest in Business Intelligence, Tech and preferably the Wealth Management area
• Proven track-record at stakeholder management and strong communication skills
• Fluent proficiency in Danish and English
