Currently we are looking for an experienced Director for our People & Culture team who will be instrumental in shaping and driving the future of our People and Culture strategies and deliverables. This role is vital to ensure that our HR practices are closely aligned with our strategic goals and support our company`s DNA.

You will be reporting to our CEO and leading a team of 2 very professional and skilled HR business partners and 1 student worker as well as our competent and service-minded Facility team.

What kind of talent are you?
You are an experienced HR Lead or HR business partner with extensive knowledge of the HR toolbox for knowledge companies. And you are driven by being an integrated and supporting partner for the organisation in reaching our business goals. To be successful, you need to be excellent in relationship building with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership effectively and establish respectful relationships with both leaders and employees. And you master both being a strong strategic partner for top management as well as being able to deliver and support effective HR operations.

Another key focus area for you as our Director for People & Culture is to secure that our culture and values are consistently reflected in all we do. We are known for our strong company culture where we care for each other and are valued for our personal approach both internally and towards our customers. People and Culture as well as our Facility team are key in securing that this continues to be the case.

What to dive into

  • Leadership of HR and Facility: Maintain an engaged and empowered HR team that is relevant, successful and greatly appreciated by the organization overall as well as securing that our Facility team deliverables support our culture.
  • Business driven HR:You use your strong business acumen to align HR strategies and deliverables with the broader organisational goals and business needs. And you are hands-on in supporting leadership in securing a fit organisation and right people at any time including talent acquisition and retention, onboarding, compensation strategies, organizational transition and employee development and engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: You take the lead to secure that our HR processes are efficient and in line with other areas of the business including continued digitalisation of HR operational processes. And you analyze HR metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management with recommendations on what actions to take.
  • Cultural Stewardship:You possess a deep understanding of how to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. And you are hands-on to support that this is embodied in all people management activities and HR practices.
  • Executive HR business partner: Work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to align HR focus and deliverables with our overall business objectives and business needs at any time. Provide coaching and support to managers on organizational setup and employee performance and wellbeing.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain a governance in all we do to secure compliance with HR-related legal requirements.
