Business to Government (B2G) Key Account Manager RoW (f/m/d))
Would you like to join an ambitious and exciting commercial team? Great! Because we are looking for a B2G KAM to help and contribute in the business to government strategy execution of the Rest of the World (RoW) region.
Main responsibilities
- Support Bavarian Nordic’s B2G business development and execution in the ROW region
- Manage E2E contract execution, including cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and different functions within the company
- Lead daily cooperation with different internal cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. logistics and customer service, quality, regulatory affairs, legal, etc.)
- Manage key customer relationships (governmental, non-governmental or other external stakeholders)
- Participate in closing strategic opportunities according to the B2G strategic plans
- Support the region and management in building strong pipeline for B2G contracts
- Monitor customer, market, policy changes and competitors’ activities and provide key market and sales insights to internal governing bodies (product teams / brand teams / launch teams)
- Support and cooperation with external stakeholders, such as key governmental or non-governmental and other customers
- Support evaluating opportunities to enter innovative funding mechanism (Advanced Purchase Agreements, capacity reservation mechanism, pool procurement initiatives etc) for BN life-cycle products and pipeline assets
- Monitor customer, market, policy changes, competitors’ activities and provide key market / sales insights to internal teams and senior management
Your skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Life Science Industry that includes governmental and supranational organizations accounts management, supply chain, demand review and planning, commercial sales and related activities. Vaccines experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability of managing key accounts, state or supranational customers and different external stakeholders in the industry or health care environment
- Ability to adapt and interact across diverse cultures
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages would be seen as an asset
