Play a central role as Project Manager

We are looking for a new IT Project Manager with flair for organizing & optimizing work processes and MS Azure DevOps. You can look forward to lead IT projects across all business areas. Joining the Project and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team, you will also provide PMO services such as portfolio management and advising IT project managers. We hope you can start with a project to design and develop of our setup of MS Azure DevOps to support various processes within project & portfolio management, and afterwards maintain the Solution.

We are based in Hellerup, and you will occasionally run projects based at our site in Kvistgaard as well.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate for this role can tick of the following qualifications:

• +3 years of experience as IT Project Manager

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall Project Method

• Experience with release management and MS Azure DevOps

• Fluency in Danish and English - both in writing and speaking

• Worked in life science industry

• As a person, you have an analytical mindset and can challenge status quo. You’re able to identify customer needs, and you can engage your team and collaborate well with people throughout the organisation.

You will be a part of the global IT Department. With 65 colleagues across Denmark, the US, Switzerland, and Germany, we manage all aspects of IT—Infrastructure, ServiceDesk, Security, Compliance, Business Applications, and Project Management.

Over the last two years we have expanded both our organization, product pipeline & technology. Our focus in IT is therefore on building strong processes and support the business with new applications and tools while at the same time meeting the external requirements and high standard needed when developing and producing pharmaceuticals.
