Awesome! But what will my new role be?
Working with our Commercial Operations Manager, you will help make our commercial departments more efficient so they can provide the best possible customer service.

In Commercial Operations, we strive to leverage data, technology, and lean processes to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle. Initially, you will be involved in our transition to a new CRM system and support its successful operation.

Other than this, your tasks will be:

  • Analyzing data and providing actionable insights. Creating and delivering insightful reports and dashboards based on accurate and reliable data.
  • Process optimization – identify opportunities to streamline and simplify commercial processes between and within departments
  • Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing by implementing automated processes in our CRM that contribute to valuable knowledge-sharing
  • Ensuring and monitoring high data quality and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement e.g. data enrichment from other sources
  • Supporting our colleagues in getting the most out of our existing tech stack as well as implementing new tools (with the help of developers when needed)
  • Participating in the daily operations and cross-functional projects

Sure sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?
We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education and some years of experience ideally with commercial operations within sales or marketing. You have strong communication and analytical skills and are good with numbers and BI tools like Power BI. Furthermore, you are tech-savvy with a strong understanding of business and CRM systems.

But most importantly your approach is proactive, collaborative, and curious, led by a great understanding of people and cultural differences as part of working in an international organization.
