Insurance Claims Sales Representative at Rose Roofing and Restoration: $100k+ Potential - Training Provided!
Location: Northern Virginia Area
Schedule:

• Full-time
• Flexible, including the option to work outdoors, independently create your own schedule

Salary & Incentives:

• Base salary range: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
• Uncapped commissions & performance-based bonuses
• Current specialists making over $6-10k+ each month
• Incentive trips for outstanding performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects using our cutting-edge tools and technologies.

• Secure new client agreements monthly, hitting minimum productivity and sales targets.
• Independently create and manage your schedule, working outdoors as needed.

• No previous experience required in the insurance restoration industry—our training systems are designed for your success.
