Lead the transformation of HR systems on a global scale
Group IT is growing, and we are welcoming a new member as Application Manager SAP HCM / SuccessFactors to join the team. Are you eager to make a significant impact in an international manufacturing industry? Our SuccessFactors solution, has been rolled out across the entire organization over the past six years. Technical ownership of our SuccessFactors solution
You are responsible for maintaining and further developing our group system and process architecture within the HR domain, including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (EC, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, Succession, Onboarding and Learning) and SuccessFactors Time Management. Together with our highly skilled HR IT specialists and SAP partners, you ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable HR solutions that meet architectural standards and organizational needs.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support the development of integrated HR solutions.
• Own related capabilities such as time management and integrations.
• Develop and own functional and technical design specifications.
• Analyse and assess the current technical HR system landscape.
• Act as an advisor to SAP superusers, for global HR technology issues.

You will be part of a team of 20 collaborative and skilled specialists within our Digital Core team and report to the Director, Digital Core. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in HQ in Denmark (Copenhagen), Poland (Warszowice), Czech Republic (Velke Mezirici and Kladno), Lithuania (Kaunas), Sweden (Malmö or Karlskrona), The Netherlands (Rotterdam), or Germany (Cologne). We offer the flexibility to work either in a hybrid model or fully remote from home.

SuccessFactors specialist with stakeholder management skills
You are a great relationship-builder with good communication skills. Effective planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize among tasks, are also key competences for this position.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• +6 years of experience with the SuccessFactors modules including SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time
• Knowledge of HR processes.
• Proficiency in English
