Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a Warehouse & Internal Logistics Specialist for our site in Västerås. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse and its stock materials. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement efficient processes, working closely with strategic purchasers to evaluate suppliers while serving as the main point of contact for both external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing warehouse operations, managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, generating purchase requests to maintain optimal inventory levels, fostering strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries, and handling invoices and order confirmations to ensure smooth financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the quality framework of the plant while working alongside a team committed to achieving operational and quality excellence.

Qualifications for the role

• An educational background in engineering, logistics, production, or economics is preferred
• A few years of experience in industrial production and logistics
• Commercial experience in procurement and warehouse management
• Experience in SAP is highly meriting
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Great communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
• Self-driven and proactive, able to plan and execute tasks independently
• A willingness and courage to continuously develop and optimize existing processes and setups
